Happy Friday!

Happy Friday!  It's harvest day for us so we are busy, busy, busy.  (I'm on coffee break :)  Tomorrow looks like a very beautiful day & we are looking forward to seeing all our friends.

Last night we have special company so we fixed one of our favorites: Slow-Roasted Salmon.  I posted that recipe a while back. (http://greatlettuce.blogspot.com/2012/05/slow-roasted-salmon.html)   This time we used pomegranate arils instead of the dried cherries.  Delicious!
